Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹5,000 across India.
- Standard Shipping: Charges apply for orders below ₹5,000.
- Insurance Included: Every shipment is 100% insured against loss or damage in transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive real-time updates via Email, SMS, and Whatsapp. You can also track your journey through the "My Account" section on our website.
At DeOrra, we aim for absolute customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a seamless return and exchange process.

- - Requests within 7 days of delivery
- - Product must be Unused & Original
- - Tags, Packaging & Invoice must be intact
- - Product must be in original condition
Important
Personalized and custom-made jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges for size adjustments or design changes. Exchange requests must also be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The product must pass our quality inspection before the new piece is dispatched.
Refund Process
- Quality Check: Once the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a rigorous quality inspection by our master jewelers.
- Approval: Upon approval, the refund is initiated within 2 business days.
- Credit: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact our support team immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your Order ID and clear images of the product/packaging.
